Gas Appliances Testing

ECES performs testing activities for gas-burning appliances in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on Appliances Burning Gaseous Fuels (EU) 2016/426.

LVD Testing (Electrical Safety)

Energy-Related Products (ErP) Testing

ECES laboratory performs testing of gas-fired appliances and heating equipment in accordance with a wide range of national and European standards, including TS EN 30 series for domestic gas cooking appliances (such as TS EN 30-1-1+A1, TS EN 30-1-2, TS EN 30-1-4, TS EN 30-2-1, TS EN 30-2-2), TS EN 498 for LPG barbecues, and the TS EN 203 series for industrial and commercial gas cooking appliances (including open burners, ovens, boiling pans, fryers, hot water units, solid top plates and rotisseries). Testing also covers LPG appliances and portable devices in accordance with TS EN 484 and TS EN 521, as well as gas-fired heating equipment and boilers according to standards such as TS EN 15502-1, TS EN 15502-2-1, TS EN 15502-2-2, TS EN 303-3, TS EN 303-5, TS EN 303-7, TS 497, and gas-fired instantaneous water heaters in accordance with TS 615 EN 26+AC. These tests evaluate product safety, performance, efficiency, and compliance with applicable regulatory and technical requirements, supporting manufacturers in demonstrating conformity with relevant standards and preparing technical documentation for conformity assessment procedures.
